“As a former Maryland resident and crab cake lover who now lives in Delaware, I have spent 5-6 years looking for a good crabcake. To date I have been unsuccessful in finding a crabcake in DE that rivals what I used to buy at a location in MD. Finally, I decided to try the cakes coming out of an Ownings Mills, MD location, even though it was "mail order" operation. What you call crab cakes are not even as good as the second class ones here in Delaware. I was very disappointed. Mushy and lacking in meat, each one had one (1) piece of backfin meat, placed nearly at the top of the cake. As far as seasoning goes, well, there was none. To those of you who want a really good crab cake, keep looking. To those of you who really dont care about quality, then you should buy these.”
