“I know these aren't cheap, but lump crab cakes aren't cheap in a restaurant either. These are very good. One of our favorites and we turn to these whenever we want crab cakes. I don't do what the directions say. They say to top with mayo. Never heard of that, but I spray with a little olive oil and sprinkle Old Bay seasonings on them. We love the taste of Old Bay, so I put quite a bit on. The crab cakes really do have nice lumps of crab and tastes as good as any restaurant.”
“I'm a Marylander, living in Colorado now. While Mackenzie's offerings are generally very good, that does NOT include the crabcakes. The crabmeat in ours was all shredded, and not a simgle lump to be found--much less being the majority of the crabcakes. These were also very bland. I was quite disappointed, and would not order these again from Mackenzie.”

Neither sounded good to me. I spray them with some olive oil and them sprinkle Old Bay seasonings on them. Wow, are they ever good. Just as good as I've gotton in seafood restaurants.”
