“The Chateaubriand was fabulous! It arrived without the leaves as pictured, but I decorated it with some Rosemary sprigs and cherry tomatoes. And, the directions were absolutely PERFECT for medium rare. For my oven, I allowed 10 mins for the temperature to reduce to 325 for the final cooking segment, and after the time recommended, it was within one degree. Thank you MacKenzie! Our Christmas meal was excellent thanks to you. I would highly recommend this product, and also suggest that you have an accurate thermometer on hand so that you can make sure it comes out as described.”
