“Excellent. Had problem with prep. Cooking at the temperature and time indicated on the box, but they were still cold in the middle. Have had this problem with some dense dishes like casseroles. mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. New convection oven. Simple enough to correct with microwave feature.”
