“The Chauteaubriand and the rest of the meal were OK, but I was expecting "fantastic". It was far from fantastic. The cooking instructions were not accurate. The frozen Chauteaubriand should have been defrosted much longer than "overnight" in the refrigerator because it was still frozen solid when I went to put it in the oven in the afternoon.”

We've not had a more tender, moist, flavorful piece of beef since dining on Chateaubriand at the Chateau Frontenac Hotel in Quebec City a few years ago. This beef was absolutely superb and although a bit pricey, well worth it and we shall be purchasing it again!”
