“We enjoyed the Chateaubriand, it was very easy to prepare and delicious. My only suggestion is give yourself plenty of refrigerator thaw time. Ours was in the refrigerator for almost two days and still was cool in the middle after heating a little extra time. Overall an elegant entree.”
