“Just as described, this arrived precooked and frozen. I let it thaw it in the refrigerator for two days before heating it in the oven as directed. Took it out after 35 minutes, checked the internal temp and stuck it back in for 6 more minutes, worrying that I might "overcook" it. Let it rest. Then sliced into it. Very very pink, just as my husband likes it. I popped my serving back in the oven for a minute or two because I don't like it quite that rare. The flavor was wonderful and the meat was so very tender. There were leftovers that I sliced paper thin for sandwiches a few days later. Highly recommend, even though it's expensive, we thought it was worth it for a treat.”

“We ordered it for a Christmas Eve lunch. It was fabulous! There was a amble portions for 4 adults, one of our invitees took meat home. I have messed up some expensive cuts of meat. So this was a perfect solution for me. I was proud to put it on my table! Highly recommend.”
