“We loved the flavor. The size was bit too big for one family as a little cheesecake goes a long way. I ate it for weeks after the kids and husband got tired of it. But with the pandemic now ending and people getting together again, we can see bringing this a large gathering and being a huge hit.”

His reaction after taking one bite was, "buy this again," and I agree with him. It's light and almost chiffon-esque. The flavor is amazing and something you can easily eat after a big meal.
