“The 40oz. Chicken Pot Pie I ordered and had sent to my son who lives in Georgia got rave reviews for its' taste BUT zero reviews for its' delivery. When he opened ithe parcel box to quickly put it into his freezer, the outer crust was broken into pieces (of which he gathered and placed on top) but nevertheless, broken up. I think MACKENZIE should fiind a way to 1) wrap the (frozen) pie itself first in a wrapping that will withstand the knocking and jolting of transit (maybe sterile bubble wrap or its' equal). It's sad that a product do good has to be broken up (as expected) while in transit before it gets to its' customer/client.”
