“Easy to prepare. (Sometimes the packaging has different instructions than the website - check so you can defrost ahead of time as needed.) Nice, creamy consistency with not an overly heavy cheese flavor. As with any risotto the more it sits the pastier it gets so serve it immediately. A bit pricey for the size that you get but you can't beat the ease of preparing and serving.”
