I was very pleased with the cook time, we cooked it a little longer in order to make the top a little more crisp, but that is our families personal preference.”
“I can't say the corn souffle was great, but it was pretty good. MY SUGGESTION: Maybe you can start making side dishes for two people instead of 6-8 servings? Some of the dishes don't do well with reheating or freezing leftovers. There are MANY households with only two eating.”
