“This was certainly better than I normally cook myself, but I did not find it juicy or as flavorful (vs. salty) as other deep fried turkeys I've purchased locally. Perhaps this is due to the flash freezing and need to thaw and reheat?”
“We've had fresh cajun fried turkeys before and thought we'd give this one a try for something different, but still traditional turkey. We tried to be careful not to reheat too long, and may have, but seemed a bit dry - wasn't juicy for sure. Maybe a bit too spicy, but overall it was pretty good.”
