“The food was very good in that it was easy to heat up and tasted good. Unfortunately one of the creme brulee containers arrived broken so we were short one for our Christmas meal. Your corporation needs better packaging for that item. I have enclosed a picture to show it still has the plastic wrapping on it and yet you can clearly see how much damage the ceramic incurred.”
