“I purchased this as a special dinner for my husband and myself. We enjoyed everything except the twice baked potatoes. The potatoes have a taste of raw flour which is not pleasant. The rest of the meal was wonderful and plentiful and we supplemented it with a salad so we didn't really even miss the potatoes which went into the rubbish bin after just a few bites.”

“Purchased this meal for a social distance celebration milestone birthday. Ordered on a Friday thru website with a “free shipping” code. It allowed me to choose a shipping option and it was to be delivered on or before the event day which was Wednesday. The receipt I was instantly emailed stated this. The event day rolls around and no delivery to the recipient. Called and it wasn't shipped as promised and was told “sorry, but you will still get a wonderful meal”. Well yes they will but not until two days after the event. Stated the “free shipping” was not valid even though the website allowed the transaction and the email receipt stated as such. Spoke with TWO customer service reps who both stated “you will get a great meal”. Yeah I get that. But how is the glitch in YOUR system my fault???? Wasn't offered any resolution. I have used them twice before with no issues, however I was not relying on a particular date with those. Food arrived two days after event and recipient said it was delicious. Disappointing because I couldn't be there to begin with, and really wanted it to be a special day.”
