“In the past years I have loved your petit fours. They were the same year after year — exact look and flavors. This year they looked and tasted different — they were smaller, the cake and frosting were softer — really insubstantial, they just collapsed when I took a bite — and they had no flavor. They just tasted like sugar. In the past, the chocolate and white icing had different flavors — some tasted like raspberry or apricot and others like mint chocolate and the cake was firm. I bought two boxes and threw the second away after eating a few from the first box. I assumed you made these yourself, but now wonder if you buy them from a vendor and switched vendors this year. Unless you tell me you are switching back, I won’t be buying them again. Sorry to write such a negative review, but you sent me an email asking me to write one, so I am taking the time to provide this honest feedback.”
“There were no layers of cake inside , and the chocolate was inferior, something that would be on a store bought candy bar. I was too embarrassed to serve them at my holiday party and too embarrassed to send them as gifts. Very disappointed!!”
