“Not up to Mackenzie's usual standards, I'm afraid. While the sauce was delicious and the seasonings perfect, the eggplant was rubbery and unevenly sliced (thickness). Perhaps microwaving the leftover portion will help. But I'm still looking forward to trying more of Mackenzie's incredible dishes and desserts.”
