I was disappointed and figured that it was impossible to get a new one so late, but I sent an email to let the company know. Much to my surprise, and my daughter's delight, a new, correct gingerbread house arrived FedEx in a few days. It's been sitting on the kitchen table ever since, and we're enjoying it so much! “I ordered 3 personalized gingerbread houses and they were all cracked and broken upon arrival. Large parts of the roof and trim were broken and cracks were visible in the icing throughout. Because so many pieces were broken, I was unable to remove the shrink wrap for fear of the whole house crumbling. Huge bummer as these were holiday gifts for clients.”
