“Purchased this for a family gathering. Arrived still frozen and went immediately into the freezer until needed. Per instructions, let it thaw and unmolded onto serving platter. The appearance was okay though - and I can't believe I am saying this - but just too many nuts. In addition, it was very crumbly and fell apart. Difficult to keep on crostini. The good news was the flavor was very nice.”
