“Wonderful gravlax but I would really like to find a source for unsmoked aquavit or vodka soaked gravlax. I can make that at home, but I can't slice it effectively. Mackenzie's is a solid substitute though.”
“The smoked salmon was fine, similar to others I have purchased from other companies. I gave it a 4 because the packaging is NOT resealable. If they are going to use the plastic wrapping then make it resealable rather than having to use another plastic bag after opening.”
