“on 8/20/25, I ordered a $150 gift card for a family friend who had undergone a very serious heart procedure. His wife had some religious constraints on what she selected, he did not- so I thought this gift certificate would enable them both to enjoy a selection that would appeal to each during this stressful time. Unlike other food venues, I was not able to directly email this gift, but had to wait for it to be mailed out. And wait we all did, despite calling over 5 times (I've lost track), the gift card was never received, nor could it be tracked as being delivere though we were approaching a month. I finally asked for a refund, and despite 3 requests- I still have not received the promised email acknowledging the refund. Never have I encountered such incompetence. I've sent their food with no issues before- but will never attempt sending a gift card again. I am now disputing this transaction with my credit card company. Beforewarned- something is not right here.”
