“I love Lamb. I usually buy my Rack of Lamb at Costco, and cook my own,
because no one in own town serves them. The picture of them in the catalog
looked so good, nice and trimmed. Cooked as directed, but they were so tough,
dry, and flavorless. Just couldn't eat them. Boy what a loss $$$.”
“The lamb chops arrived right on time as ordered. I made them for my husband and he LOVED them.
I don't eata lamb chops so he has had a very limited serving of them over the years.
We will definitely order them again when this batch runs out. According to him they were
excellent.”
