“Bought spiral ham dinner for my family in NW Kansas Christmas dinner. It was my present to my sister for Christmas so she could take a break from cooking for her family. For some reason the delivery wasn't going to make it in time. I sent a request to Mackenzie to trace it as it was stuck for days in the FedEx hub. Not only did they find out where it is was they replaced the dinner and it got to my sister on Christmas Eve for their Sunday Christmas dinner which they loved. Didn't ask to have it replaced, nor was it your fault. I was just going to ask for a refund. Instead I got incredible customer service and a great product. The best combination. Thank you again.”
