“The meat on the crab claws is sweet and delicious - but - once you eat the outer part of the claw it is difficult to get to the meat inside. The shells are very thick and hard to break unless you have a crab cracker. I think these are a great appetizer if you are sitting at a table before dinner, but not for a cocktail party where people are standing or sitting with plates in their laps because it involves a bit of work to get all the meat out!”
