“The Lamb shanks were very good. I did add fresh portobello mushrooms, fresh thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper to the gravy. Bought 6, served 5 and had enough leftover for 2 more days for 2 people. So easy to prepare. Followed the instructions exactly and they were hot and cooked to perfection. I served over pureed cauliflower with fresh green beans. It looked like an expensive restaurant meal. Would order again.”
