“Lobster claws came in perfect condition. Some dry ice still remaining. The only problem for me was that there was no indication on the package as to whether or not the claws were pre-cooked. I assumed that they were, because of the red color.
We baked them in the oven, at 360* for 13 min. plus 3min for each additional pound. They turned out really good!”
