“A guest called them divine. The almond meringue piping was such a delicate yet perfect flavor pairing to the raspberry jam in the middle of the butter cookie. The cookie itself held up the jam well. It wasn't flaky or mushy or too hard or dense. (Maybe shortbread would have been alittle softer, melt in the mouth?) The heart shape was adored by all and the size proportion of the cookie very generous for a serving. Not one was left. Next time I'll have to order 3 dozen!”
