“The amount of meat was good. Defrost directions were good BUT, should have noted that after defrosting one needs to work hard to remove all the moisture created. Should also note that one must create the lobster salad (have fresh celery and mayo on hand...add seasonings.) Rolls were small and so soft they fell apart when trying to toast them and place lobster salad in them. Will not purchase again.”
