“Unlike other risottos, the rice was mushy and nearly disintegrated. There were a few pieces of recognizable lobster, but not as much as expected. It was flavorful, but the gooey cheese left a large amount of oil on the baking dish's bottom. A lot less cheese and more lobster would make this a fine dish.”
“Absolutely wonderful ordered for side for Christmas dinner very rich creamy delicious. It would definitely serve 7-8 people even though seemed small in size. Loads for lobster meat to and big chunks at that. Would definitely recommend and will order again. Would make wonderful main dish too”
