“This "stew's" consistency was more like a thick soup. The lamb taste was relatively mild and it could use a stronger infusion of herbs and spices. It did have a nice balance between the protein and the vegetables. The meat was cut relatively small but was tender.”

“The lamb stew was delicious. My only comment is that it had too much potato. The broth was the best I've had and I have made lamb stew.
My reason for having so many items in my order was that I was having surgery on April 8. My husband doesn't cook much beyond scrambled eggs and I could not see spending 10 days on an egg only diet,”
