“The sea bass was great. I pan fried it, by browning each side on high heat and simmering covered for ten minutes. The sauce was delicious and the sea bass was moist and flaky. I order the vegetable medley all the time separately as it is a wonderful side dish. You can never go wrong with chocolate cake.”
