“It can be a bit dry to start with, so I suggest adding some water or broth, maybe some salt and pepper.
I also cut up the chicken pieces into smaller sizes and that seem to make them more tender. It is
a favorite of ours!”
“The chicken had a nice crisp outer coating of seasoning and remained moist on the inside. Just enough seasoning to coat the rice. Super convenient prep, just boil in the bag, also simple cleanup. Made a great weeknight meal.”
