“Sea Bass is one of my greatest treats, especially Chillian Sea Bass. The sauce that accompanied the product was overly sweet. It completely masked the flavor of the fish. I suggest a milder sauce, it you must have a sauce, to enhance the flavor of the fish.”

“This fish is great - has a wonderful flavor and texture. However, we did change up the baking procedure the second time around. The first time we followed the instructions on the package, the second time we lined the baking pan with aluminum foil and sprayed it with Pam Non Stick Cooking oil Baked 20 minutes in my gas range. Awesome! Really retained all the flavor and very moist, beautiful flake!”
