“Ordered the 'Nostalgic Christmas Cookies', 10 cookies @$60 ($10 per cookie!), for in-laws. They were so hard you couldn't eat them and once tasted spit out. After trying them, they actually thought they were for display, not to be eaten!
Emailed Mackenzie Limited regarding the quality/experience informing of cookies being trashed not to mention embarrassment, asking for a full refund or credit for purchase price to give Mackenzie a 2nd go. Clearly they don't care about feedback or reviews, their reply was 'canned' which was a 10% discount on my next order.
Nice job with their magazine, amazing pictures, artfully displayed and nothing more than words on paper to describe how amazing each product is. Might want rethink or establish a quality control team; impossible for every item you carry lives up to your elegant descriptions. Hire a chef to protect yourself from your writers, if you have a quality control team and/or a chef, replace them.”
