“I sent two of these to a friend and they prepared it, and invited me to dinner for 4. The pastry blossoms were surprising in that they were so light weight, flaky, and they served them hot - they were delicious. They grilled the meat and it came out fine. The most difficult one to prepare was the molten cake which seemed to need more time to cook, but their oven might have been slow. The potatoes were good. I wished they had a more buttery flavor. All in all, this makes a great dinner.”
