The Polar Express™ Gingerbread Train Reviews

4.4 Rating 17 Reviews
The frosting was so hard no one enjoyed. This is more for decoration than presenting to guests or granchildren for a nice ending to a Christmas meal. It would be best to explain it is edible only by fingers...it is an expensive cookie cake. Grandchild ate the wheels, few people had chunks and the last two train pieces were thrown out.

My nephew and niece are both into trains and of course cookies. It was perfect for the holidays and eaten quickly!

What a beautiful train display. I bought it for my grandson, and his mother displayed it proudly on her dining room table. As far as eating it, was a little hard. You could not eat this train. The icing was very hard as was the gingerbread cookies, but as far as this display, it was beautiful..

The cookie itself was acceptable, if you enjoy eating crumbs and broken hard pieces. The frosting, though gorgeous, inedible.

The Polar Express Gingerbread Train is a true work of art that is put together really well. The family loved it as the centerpiece at our Christmas Eve breakfast. The gingerbread is also delicious, but difficult to eat because you hate to break up the train.
