“On reading reviews on this tart I had hesitated to order it but unfortunately I did. A huge waste of money. The tart is pretty put that is as far as it goes. The pastry might have a little flavor with a pinch of salt but as is...tasteless. The pastry cream is completely bland with no flavor whatsoever. I had actually spiced the pears because of the reviews I had read but other than my spice, no flavor. So glad I did not serve this to company! Overall this is a very big disappointment for such an expense.”
