“I cooked this roast according to previous reviewer's recommendations. I thawed it in the refrigerator, brought it to room temperature and then cooked in on 200 degrees for 2 hours. It turned out to be a perfect medium-rare, prime rib roast! It had great flavor and was tender. If u like a good prime rib, this one will suit you well.
It was somewhat fattier than I typically get from the Butcher, but was great still the same. I will buy again!”
