“I really liked this roast and so did my guests. Pork is difficult to get right, usually too dry so I encourage you to use a thermometer and slightly undercook as it will finish as it sets. Note the instructions on box differ from the website. Also, it takes more than 24 hours to defrost. Ours was still half frozen, so I would suggest more like a day and a half to defrost rather than one 24 hour period. Ours served six with one piece left over.”
