“With all due respect. It’s hard to do frozen food. Too flat not flavorful. Suggestions: impart air into your whites for fluffliness, and add more complex seasonings and denser more flavorful cheese to your yolk mixture. Incorporate with a wooden spoon . Doesn’t have to be too peppery, but perhaps a molasses note, a saltier cheese. Home cooking flavors.
