“Gave dinner for new neighbors and friends and everybody was delighted with the meal and everything was ready on time plus 30 minutes,LOL. Will do it again when I am in charge next time too.”
“I was somewhat disappointed in this holiday dinner. First of all, the heating times in the instructions are WAY off -- it took MUCH longer to heat the turkey and the side dishes than the instructions said, so we ended up eating much later than we planned. Second, in order to get the turkey to look browned on the top instead of sickly pale, I actually had to broil it for about 10 minutes. The turkey was reasonably moist, but it had an odd "processed" aftertaste to it. The appetizer was delicious, and so was the stuffing. The green beans we had to microwave to finally get them hot enough even though they had been the oven for the recommended time.”
