Firm flesh, lovely smoked aroma and flavor, beautifully presented. Absolutely my favorite smoked salmon. To present the fish, we laid it out upon a green marble serving slab along with capers, chopped onions and both water crackers and stoned wheat crackers. Superb. A wonderful treat.”
“Although all of the salmon I used for gifts was very well received. The salmon I kept for myself was a bit salty and had a very oaky taste. Bear in mind I am English and tend to be extra fussy when it comes to smoked salmon. The cavier was wonderful.”
