The product is shipped so that it arrives fresh and cold, never spoiled. It is great on its own, or as an appetizer, or even better, as a breakfast treat. Mackenzie takes great care both in the preparation of this smoked salmon and the shipping of this product to customer. Highly recommended, and we will certainly buy this smoked salmon again in the future for ourselves and ou family members. “There is no better cold smoked salmon anywhere than Scotland. I've been to some of the fish farms in Scotland and know the fish are fed only natural foods, not many made fish food. The fish are smoked over oak slowly, the traditional way. Only salt is added.”
