“The taste was wonderfully balanced. Just the right amount of spices, cheese and assuage. Not soicy at all. I did; however, have to cut them in half after the first 10 minutes and let them cook cut face up for another 15 to get the middles done. Now I don't like a souffle, squishy type of feel in my mouth, which is probably what these are supposed to be on the inside. I cooked them till they were a little crunchy and no squishy insides. Buttered them like biscuits and...WOW! After that whole tasteless and full of gristle lamb shank thing, MacKenzie, you did good this time.”
