“Tenderloin was good but when serving to guests the slicing resulted in the meat and stuffing falling apart. Knife used was very sharp and had reasonable thickness in slices. Appeared thickness of tenderloin was inconsistent and sperated at the thin section.”
“Not at all as advertised. I could tell that it was going to be bland as soon as I thawed it out, so I made a paste rub before cooking it. Alas, the pink, stuffed, bloody wild rice could not be rehabilitated or improved. The worst part was that it wasn't carefully trimmed before packing and it had one piece of white sinewy material that ran the full length of the meat. This caused every slice to fall apart as it was cut, which did nothing for its presentation.”
“The tenderloin lacked adequate seasoning. It was quite expensive but was a dish for the holiday season. The rice stuffing was very good, but again lacked adequate seasoning.”
