“Wow, the pie was an eye opener. I have never tasted any pie that was blasting with flavor and freshness like it. The flavors complimented each other perfectly. Shipping was perfect and packed well. Thank God for the instructions on how to be certain it was thawed and ready to be enjoyed when we desired. Since it had many servings and there were ony two of us I separated the pieces into single servings dishes while it was frozen and kept it that way until the desired time. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.”

“We’ve ordered this tart several times— most recently for an afternoon get-acquainted gathering. It’s really fabulous— beautiful to look at and SO delicious. Everyone loved it.
Once it’s thawed, and the oven is turned OFF after cooking other items, I’ve put the tart in the cooling oven for 10 or 15 minutes, just to warm the tart slightly.”
