“I love short ribs and used to make them in crockpot with a brown sugar, vinegar gravy. These ribs are more bland. I will say that this dish doesn't have a lot of salt and you can add more to your individual serving. Risotto was delicious and perfect with the ribs.”
“The meat was tender and flavorful in a rather saucy risotto with vegetables. My husband and I had this for dinner with a green salad. I would say it would feed three adults. Needed more than 40 minutes in the oven from frozen. I would buy again.”
“I gave this 2 stars because it is very easy prep, just pop it in the oven. But the meal was not what we hoped, especially for the price. It "serves 2-4 people", but had only 4 chunks of short ribs, (between 2-3" square), in the entire dish. The risotto had fairly good flavor, but was very soupy. Will not order this again.”
