“The pastry covering is very attractive and well done. Unfortunately, that's where the experience goes downhill. The spinach was unpleasantly over seasoned with garlic. This permeated the salmon to the point it couldn't be determined if the salmon was tasty or not. A different experience from a few years ago. Would not purchase again.”
“The salmon en croute looked and tasted amazing! I used it as the centerpiece of the table on a platter with fresh dill and lemon slices and it was the hit of the party!”
“The directions said to place the salmon on a sheet pan. I didn't realize it needed to have edges so the oil leaked all in my stove which caused a small fire!

The fish design was cool too - definitely not something we could've done ourselves. Overall a very special dinner that I will probably dream about for the rest of my life!”
