“These soups weren't as big of a hit as the crab cakes and desserts. The lobster bisque had a slight plastic taste to it and I think it picked it up from the bag.”
“The New England chowder was my favorite with its deep flavor of clam and the potatoes just the right tenderness. Preperation was simple. Next was the Lobster bisque: A rich lobster tast and velvet smoothness. I couldn't eat the crab soup. It was stringy and overly pepperized. I threw it away. It was also difficult to prepare with its dependency on constant vigilence with the thermometer. So two stars and one disappointment”
