“We found the Beef Short Ribs to be very tender and very flavorful, as cooked per the instructions in the oven. With mashed potatoes and fresh spinach, they made for a nice holiday meal. Our only concern would be the amount of sodium per serving, which is extremely high for someone (us) on a salt restricted diet. “I ordered the braised short ribs the ribs with sesame bbq sauce the beef short ribs were so tender! They just melted in my mouth. The other ribs were very good as well but my favorite were the short ribs. Will be buying again. Delivery was quick and I received emails when they were shipped. Very good service I recommend them. I believe I also received an email for a discount on my next order but can't find it. Great products.”
