“I loved this stuffed salmon roast. The herbs, the filling with spinach and feta cheese, the salmon. It made for an impressive and interesting dinner that I didn't have to work hard to prepare. I just made some parsley potatoes as a side dish. The cooking directions didn't work well for me. It did not cook in the time indicated from frozen. I would defrost it next time in the refrigerator and cook it from there. Served 2 salmon lovers for 2 meals.”
